Troy was very helpful when it came to fixing an issue that involved a transaction that was made with another bank. My dad banked with WaFd for over 35 years. One year ago today he passed away, and I inherited his WaFd account. All of the employees at this WaFd location are great but Jennifer Holcraft is a shining star!

Very tough experience. I've heard they *were* good, even great. I'd also heard they were starting to have trouble. I experienced trouble. I paid the appraisal and processing fees on two properties and Bob "went dark" on me. He hasn't replied to any emails and I'm going to file in small claims court.
