Everyone at Brookdale Mazda/Mitsubishi treated me like a person. Rania was juggling a little bit that day, but Jason helped explain the vehicles to me, and Tevante in Finance was just very genuine. I can't say enough how much I appreciated everyone for their help. I walked in having no idea what I wanted in my next ride, and came out with an SUV that I absolutely love.
Service is very efficient and scheduling is easy.
My technician Nate went above and beyond and fixed something on my car I forgot to mention to look at. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. The desk person Kyle was just as good. So super friendly. Way better than the last person in that position. Very knowledgeable. Loving the new technology where when you drive in there is something that measures the alignment of the car. Always good to see Chad our salesman stop by and say hi. You know when we need a newer car your our salesman.
