We worked with Chris Juarez. He went way out of his way to make things happen. We are a business and bought a new vehicle and that involves the dot. Chris helped us thru that. Our experience at Luther was very positive.
My fiancé and I had took our car(thatwasboughthere) in for a routine oil change. During the oil change the technician found what he thought was impact damage to the transmission. Prompting us to call insurance to come look at the damage. After looking at the damage the adjustor and the tecs came to the conclusion that it was not damage but a draining hole feature. Ali Kabir was the greatest!! He listened to me and kept me positive!!! He is compassionate and that’s what someone needs when buying a car. I don’t feel like I was pressured which happens when you’re alone and female. I love the Luther family I am glad to be apart of it again and I LOVE MY CAR
