Lutesville Ford is a great dealership to deal with. We started with an internet search, then a phone call and several texts. Their staff including our salesman, Brandon Long, Finance Manager, Jodi Long and the owner, Mr. Underwood, were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Our salesman, Gage, was incredible at walking through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. He made sure we were informed and in control every step of the way, and we ended up with a truck we not only like, but love!
Is not your typical car dealership that follows you around and I love that! They are always quick to answer any questions and help anyway possible!
