Hours are incorrect. Drove all the way here and the store was closed. Very inconvenient.
Absolutely the worst supply store I have ever been to in my life. If you want help with anything. Might as well forget it. If you’re not a contractor with a line of credit. They act like you don’t exist. Any other place in Portsmouth that’s where you go to get what you need. Stay away from this place. Just terrible.
Customer service Update 11/10/21 still hate shopping here as a Hvac technician they are not helpful and always complain about being there and talk about quitting and generally have a poor moral Update 4/15/24 much better service today I am now with Darby heating and cooling and they called him to make sure I was approved to pick the part up and even lent me their dolly

It's almost comical at this point how Lute never, ever has what I need. Shop vac advertised on the outdoor signage? No. HVAC part? No. Plumbing? No. Light switches? No. Junction box? No. Nuts and bolts from the Hillman fastener display? Nah, out of stock. Guys I've tried, honestly.
