I had to take my van in for some recall work and Lute Riley was quick to respond that it was in fact covered recall work. They got it finished quickly plus sone other work needed. The person handing my case went over any questions I had and adjusted prices that were too high. I was absolutely thrilled at how professional, efficient and fast they were in getting us back I the road with our family van.
I was informed beforehand of cost and expected completion time. The cost was what was quoted; the completion time was not. It was completed an hour early! And they washed the car. Excellent service.
Went in for the 29+K service for my Passport. Did all recommended to keep my Honda running great. James had it all taken care of in under 2 hours! Oil change, tires rotated and balanced, and brake fluid changed, air filters replaced (a/c and cabin), and all the systems checked. Great service!
