Updating my earlier review to reflect that we did get the issue resolved in a reasonably timely manner, but I wish we had understood that the appointment was just a time to drop off the car and not necessarily to evaluate/diagnose. They don’t honor appointments. We made an appointment for Saturday at 1 and they told us they wouldn’t be able to even look at the car (much less do the work) until Monday. For reference, the problem with the car is that the seatbelt is broken, which is obviously a major safety issue, but they ha... read more
