Y’all, I’ve gotten into two accidents and I seriously can’t recommend this body shop enough! I specifically chose this shop because they’re Honda certified, and I had heard from other body shops that finding parts for a newer hybrid could be difficult. I didn’t want my car being experimented on or taken somewhere that wasn’t familiar with hybrids. Russell reassured me both times that he’d be able to get my car fixed properly, and he absolutely did! They damaged my car door, scratched the window frame , and tore the interior leather during the sensor recall service..
I brought my car to Honda Richardson Collision Center (Lute Riley) expecting dealership-level quality and craftsmanship to get my hood, bumper, driver-side panels, and rims repaired. Instead, I received some of the sloppiest, most unprofessional work I have ever seen. Independent local shops do a vastly superior job compared to this place. Here is everything that went wrong: Unfixed Dents & Poor Bodywork: The rear driver door was left with a visible crease/dent that they completely failed to repair correctly. Brought my Civic-Type-R in for a bumper re-paint and grille/trim replacement. I worked with Russell who was very proactive on calling me to let me know the status of my vehicle. The car was returned detailed and looks like it was taken great care of. Paint match was much better than I expected and outside of some small markings on the edge of where the bumper meets the front quarter panels it came out fantastic.
