I have been coming to Lusy's for over a year now! I absolutely love it, I've never left unhappy with anything they did. All the employees are friendly, and they get to know you by name, and talk to you with interest in what you have to say. I have recommended so many people. Now they are reoccurring customers!
I went here for the first time today and the ladies were so nice and amazing!! My nails look bomb
The girl rushed through the job, put on too much polish so my nails are filled with bubbles, the polish is uneven, and when I messed up a nail on the dryer the girl told me "you can't really see it" and went on to take care of someone else. I will not be going back.
Always nice and Friendly Every time I go. My favorite spot in Burlington. They always offer wine or water. Chill relax always a good vibe.

The people here are SO nice! I'm not from Burlington, but work close by and dropped in during my lunch break. My first visit was for a basic pedicure but the gentlemen really put in a lot of time and effort to do it well and give me a relaxing experience. I had to rush back to work and ended up messing up my polish on all 10 toes! I came back later that afternoon and they fixed me up and refused to accept my payment.
