Buyer Beware: I’ve debated on writing this review for some time now, but the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back recently occurred and I can’t let unsuspecting buyers shop here without having been forewarned. Bait and switch. Over the phone, bottom line out the door price, everything included - tax, tags, destination, freight, etc. - EVERYTHING, verified three times with Brandon. Not the price when you get there. Front desk manager admits it was a “fake-out”. Avoid Lustine at all costs.
Earlier this year, I posted my negative experience with Lustine! I am PROUD to say that LUSTINE HAS MADE IT RIGHT! They have be more than willing to assist me and repair any issues that we had. A big thumbs up to this dealership!
I went thru 2 contracts with Lustine. Mistake happened the first time – big ones that left me shocked that I had paid over $1,000 more than I should have. Agreed to prices were written on forms which disappeared by the time the Lustine people produced their “Virginia Buyer’s Order – A” form. Once you sign that form you are stuck. Went to Lustine to look at Used Cars today and when we saw the vehicle listed online it had several issues (missing headrests, missing nobs and outlet covers, no floormats, etc) and when asked about fixing those things, we were told that they were factored into the low online/internet price and likely would not be fixed. No Not buy they are liars and will Robbed you make you sign papers and once you go back to get either the contract corrected or take the extras you get attitude even from the General Manager and they will tell you already sign and nothing can be change besides that even been a first time buyer you supposed to know about it.!!! Unfortunately I have to be FORCE to keep the car, did not have any choice..!! DO NOT GO THERE
