Took my BMW in for a number of service items totalling over $1000. I had the transmission serviced and it leaked worse than before. Took it back three times, was told the seal was replaced. The third time, I was told there was a metal shard hitting the gasket causing it to leak. Why was it not removed or filed? I asked to see the old parts but they were nowhere to be found!
