Luster Stone was one of the Best add on?s for my Home in Elkhorn! A1 work, very professional. It made my Home look like a new Home again! Instead of paving a new Driveway, I paid to have my Driveway and walkway Luster Stoned. I?m happy I did!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LUSTERSTONE ON WOOD. STEVE SAID HE LAID LUSTERSTONE MANY TIMES ON WOOD SO I WENT ALONG WITH IT. BIG MISTAKE! HAD CRACKS THE VERY NEXT DAY. STEVE WANTED MORE MONEY TO FIX IT OR TOLD ME HOW I COULD FIX THE CRACKS. AFTER A FEW CALLS HE DID CHANGE HIS MIND AND REPAIRED THE APPLICATION ON THE WOOD STEP ONLY TO CRACK THE VERY NEXT DAY. Lusterstone failed to work on the new step. Product split at the seam of step do to swelling or being treated wood. Lusterstone was installed on his patio with zero problems. Lusterstone repoured step (at no charge) only to have same result. ******** understood issue and why it failed. I mentioned that this had never happened before. He got upset (and still is) and he told me I lied to him about not having a problems bonding to wood. Lusterstone bonds to wood. Steve is a terrible, terrible businessman; he only reads into your complaint what he wants to read. We had several conversations and he was relating back to the original installation, but the installation we are talking about is less than two years old. He will not stand behind his work; I was warned about using his services and now I am paying for it, Steve a ****************. His employee Zack will be poisoned by Steve. Larry ****** is an old customer with an old installation. ****** had an additional installation and maintenance project with a different company. ****** paid them directly and had no agreement or contract with Lusterstone. That company is no longer in businesses. Larry ***** is misleading with the facts. Lusterstone does not repair other companies work and certainly does not warranty their work. Called Lusterstone and had to leave a message. Steve called back and I explained the large cracked corner in my lusterstone and he told me it would be expensive for them to repair it and he told me how to repair our self. I then went on asking if we could get it power washed and sealed (mold, discoloration in the walkway, no shine, weeds growing through). ******* is a rude bully. The Lusterstone installation was perfect. He was a slow pay and Lusterstone required assistance from the Douglas County Sheriff to get paid. He still refused to pay and told the deputies that he would only pay if I sued him and took him to court. He finally paid but the whole episode was ridiculous! ******* does not want to solve problems. He has a driveway that moves constantly at a tooled joint and it has popped some rocks. I used Lusterstone Paving for my garage. It was a big job, 2,200 sq. ft. and it turned out great. They always showed up when scheduled and the job was completed on time. I am very satisfied with the quality

The Lusterstone crew did an amazing job on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Our patio looks amazing, we couldn't be happier with the service and the result.

GREAT JOB ***** AND THE LUSTERSTONE CREW!! ***** (owner) and his crew took our worn out cracked faded red concrete pool deck and patio and gave them a high end quality finish that we can hardly wait for next year's pool season to show off. They beautifully transformed our front walkway & porch along with our backyard pool deck, patio, stairs and a long walkway. They all turned out great.
