Positive experience at Luster Storage! When passing though Grand Junction my truck with a trailer on the back broke down. Luster Storage was able to accommodate me by letting me park inside their fence for a couple of weeks until I could get back to have my truck fixed. I am sure glad they have an office onsite with an actual person who could help me. Thank you Luster Storage!
QUOTES ONE PRICE THEN CHARGES MORE VERY SOON AFTER RENTING Rented from them for years. Moved out of two units and she raised the price of the others fare past normal charges and got mad when we moved out totally. very unfare practices!!! beware!!!
Owners response I am the owner and I never heard about any such incident . Please come rent from us and you will be happy that the office is on site and that we have 4 different residences located on the facility for your protection plus a coded gate with 24 hr access, if need.
Protect Your Items Major mouse infestation in the back wall of all the connecting units, apparently there when we moved our items into the units. Didn't bother to tell us it was a problem for them, until we notice thousands of mouse droppings after our items had all been put into the unit. The office people tried to tell us they put down D-con and have wild cats roaming the area. Back wall was eaten away at the bottom of our unit when we finally removed everything.
