We worked with Lusso—and specifically with Ryan—on our kitchen cabinets for a home remodel. Their showroom displays made it easy to choose products and finishes. Ryan, our designer and project manager, was professional throughout. He handled the 3D cabinet design efficiently and was very flexible when we needed changes. Communication was smooth, and we’re thrilled with how our kitchen turned out. Hope to have the chance to work with Lusso and Ryan again!
We had a wonderful experience with Lusso, especially thanks to Lawrence. We were on a tight timeline and needed cabinets quickly. Lawrence went above and beyond. He helped us design the perfect layout and got the Luce cabinets ordered right away. A week ago, I visited Lusso with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. Their showroom is bright, beautifully designed, and offers a very comfortable environment to explore. What really impressed me was that a designer accompanied us throughout the visit, patiently listening to our needs and offering thoughtful suggestions. I purchased the hardwood floor and bullnose from Lusso. I love the floor. I also love the owner, Hao. I have been having an excellent experience working with Hao. Hao is such a humble and wonderful human being. He has always been very helpful to me. He tries his best to help me and other customers at all times with any questions we have. I highly recommend this store if you want to purchase good-looking, modern, house supplies in trend with great service, this is a place to go.
