Nina did my Gel X nails. I love them. They look great!
I had the worst experience. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I went for a fill. The Tech filed my nail down to the skin. I told them I did not want that. They tried to build the nail back with acrylic and I said absolutely not! I asked for another tech. They gave me the manager. She removed my nails and gave me a new set. The next day the acrylic was lifting from my nails. I was very unhappy. I went back the next day and they soaked off the nails. They were irate and told me that my nail just did that. I had a great experience. Michelle fixed my nail when I had just broken one and then did my new set for the holidays. And I’ve continued to go to her. She has an impressive attention to detail and shape. I often am not sure what I want so we create something together! I’ve worked with her multiple times now. She goes back and re does fine details and produces quality nail designs. You should definitely come see her. The studio is awesome with nice staff.
I came to this salon for the first time last week, and I am very impressed!! The environment is very clean as well as friendly. I came in for an acrylic fill in and Kimberly did AMAZING! She was very attentive and whenever there was a small change that I wanted to fix about my nails, she listened and did exactly what I was requesting! I left a happy customer and recommend Kimberly to anyone who comes to Luss Nail Bar!
I always see Jenny. She remembers clients and takes great care of them. Highly recommend.
