Highly recommend Dr Lusk! Was able to secure an appointment with him within a week. He took the time to discuss the current issues, level of pain, mobility/stability levels & ordered tests to be done to determine causes. Thankfully, the pain my husband was experiencing was not coming from the spine so Dr Lusk, referred him to a Rheumatologist & pain management doctor for further examination. He is following his progress with the other doctors. He has a very calm demeanor & wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend him!!
I had lumbar surgery in December 2017. I now am in more pain than I was before surgery and have to walk with a cane. I should have taken the time to get a second opinion from someone other than a NASA surgeon.
Dr. Lusk was simply great, from the first appointment, through my surgery (L4-5 Coflex Interlamimar Implant) and post-op. He spent all the time I wanted in discussing the alternatives and potential issues. Surgery was entirely successful. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Lusk has an amazing bedside manner and is so caring and compassionate. He is an excellent surgeon and I would highly recommend!
I have severe spinal stenosis in my lower back and neck, all my cervical disks are bulging. The pain from old and new injuries is worse than ridiculous. I went to Dr Lusk a year ago and his answer with nasty bedside manner was that I was just obese and needed to go have the gastric sleeve. Wait time in his hard to get office was 2-3 hours. Today new MRI’s show things are getting worse. The ER made me an appt with him without my permission and I cancelled it. Arrogant
Dr. Michael Lusk is a fantastic, professional, compassionate and proficient surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology and gave me fantastic results. Dr. Lusk speaks in plain english that you can understand, answers all questions and clearly cares a lot about his patients. Dr. Luck had to fuse three vertebra and work on two others. I went home in one day, walking around with no problem and minimal pain . I wouldn't go to any other surgeon....
Dr. Lusk, neurosurgeon, was very professional, personable, took time to explain my condition and the surgery giving me options and I was very comfortable and confident with him. The surgery was major and the results complete and successful with relatively little post-op pain. In each follow up appointment Dr. Lusk took time to explain the results and the recovery and rehab process. I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Lusk and his PA, Deby, and I highly recommend him without hesitation. Charles R
Dr. Lusk was my Neurosurgeon after I had a stroke. He took excellent care of me when I had only a 2% chance of survival. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank goodness he was the doctor that saw me when I went to NCH in 2012.
DR.LUSH AND PA DEBY FEWELL HAVE BEEN GREAT. MY BACK WAS MEST UP PRITTY BAD TODAY I CAN WALK AND BEND PAIN LEAVE WENT FROM 10 TO 2 STILL RECOVERING .
