I was in urgent need of extensions for an upcoming event and found Lushalox on a whim. Walked in while the owner was with her last customer of the day and explained what I needed before rushing off to an appointment. While I was gone, she worked after hours to create a custom extension piece for me. My hair was very dry and split and wanted to get a trim and get hair extensions until it grows back in good condition again. Sophia was so thorough cutting the split ends. It took quite a while and she said it was a technique not many hairdressers use today as it takes too much time. My hair is curler and healthier now due to the good cut. She also coloured my roots with a low ammonia colour so it won’t be so drying compared to a normal colour. She colour matched the extensions to my hair perfectly.
