I recently had an appt with Kailyn for a balayage and she did an incredible job with my hair. I’ve been my natural color for several years now and I was looking for a change but wanted to keep it very natural. I was nervous to change it too much and not recognize myself. I did my first ever 1/2 leg waxing with Lillian and she is FABULOUS. As someone who's new to body waxing, Lillian talked me through the entire process. We were having such a great time chatting that I barely noticed any pain. I felt very comfortable in her warm and welcoming presence. Thanks again! :)

I had 4-5 lash extension sets here, but they didn’t hold well. After the last set, 70% of the lashes were gone within 5 days. Despite their website’s 3-week refill policy, I was asked to pay for a full set when I came back within that timeframe. Not returning. Only good thing - the technician being kind and attentive to your comfort during the process.
