The stylist Stephanie helped educate me with whatever questions I had and did an excellent job on my trim, accommodating my requests. I've gone maybe 4 times now and have scheduled myself out for my next trim, and I'm really happy with the prices and service.
I could have probably done my hair better myself, this is so blotchy and I’m writing this review two days after getting my hair done and it looks like I got my hair done 4 weeks ago, I got my hair done by Austin, this place apparently has a no refund policy and doesn’t give store credit they only want to fix it. After how bad my hair turned out I do not trust them to fix it. Thank you for providing such 5-star service. STEPHANIE was incredibly informative on the best way to care for my daughter’s hair. She took her time with my daughter’s thick, long (naturally black) hair and gave her one of the best bleach, tone & color I’ve ever seen! Also was able to fix mistakes made by a colorist from a different salon. It is clear that she is a magician, and everyone I encountered at the salon was so friendly and ready to help.
