The stylist helped educate me with whatever questions I had and did an excellent job on my trim, accommodating my requests. I've gone twice now and have scheduled myself out for my next trim, and I'm really happy with the prices and service.
They absolutely butchered my head. Not a single strand of hair is the same length. Asked for a small trim and got turned into a mushroom. Terrible.
My haircut looked fine but the process was painful. I feel like I lost more hair getting it brushed rather than cut. I had a male hairdresser and he was super rough. I had tears swelling while getting my hair brushed through. My scalp is literally sore. Maybe be more gentle than you think you are.
I wrote a review yesterday that was very aggressive and I am was not proud of myself that I posted it, so I took it down. However, I still maintain this is the worst haircut I have ever received. I have curly hair and have never been able to find a person that can cut it, so I learned to adapt...ask for it longer than I really want it, bring pictures, be very specific, yada yada.
