I have been a service worker all my life, so writing a review like this feels illegal. I went in for a full set of acrylics today and left a bit disappointed. The technician didn’t trim my nails or cuticles before applying the tips, which wasn’t a major issue, but he also didn’t remove my old nail polish before adding the acrylics. The whole service felt extremely rushed, and unfortunately, the results reflect that. Looks great from about a foot away but up close it looks terrible. Had a 3:15 appointment that didn’t start until 4:00. Paid extra for the ‘deluxe pedicure’ because it advertised a deep tissue massage...never got one. When I asked to just be charged for the classic pedicure, I was told the so-called ‘massage’ is just a warm leg wrap. Do not pay the extra $10! It’s misleading and not worth it. Very disappointing!
Manicures are always the best. Every tech is amazing. Many pedicure packages to choose from and good quality nail polishes and colors!
The best manicure ever! I chose dip powder and Richard took his time and my nails look great. I am from out of town but will revisit this place when I come back. Worth every penny!
