So I used to love coming here. I would see Kenny for SNS — he did such a great job! My first pedicure was also amazing with a guy named Cayden that I don’t think works there anymore. I came in for a basic pedicure, but throughout my visit, three different employees asked if I wanted a manicure—even after I had already said no and my nails were clearly done. Later, someone who I assume was the owner or manager tried to upsell me to a more expensive pedicure, despite me repeatedly asking for just the regular option.
