Went in for a builder nail fill & asked immediately if my nails need to be taken off & started over. I was told no, then two nails into filing he starting popping off my nails, damaging my nail bed. I didn’t have time to stop him before the first pop off, but he took off the top of my nail and exposed skin about 1/4 of an inch down. I immediately cancelled my service.

Amy and Tiffany service was lovely. With me coming in late they made sure i was taking care of. They made sure i left happy. Best manicure and pedicure i have received in a while!
Really disappointed with my experience, especially after spending about $163 total, including an 18% tip. I came in with a specific inspiration photo and showed it before we started. I asked if the design could be done and was told yes. I also confirmed the color I wanted before my pedicure began. After my pedicure was finished, I was then told that the color we had already confirmed was empty and I would need to choose something else. Annoying, but I was willing to work with it. This is my 2nd time. Ami was awesome i came in insure about what i wanted. She helped bring my vision to light and was patient with me. I will definitely be back again.♥️♥️
