I came in to get a manicure and pedicure, but no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited about 4–5 minutes, and it wasn’t until two other clients came in that someone finally asked what I needed. I told him what services I wanted, and he responded that they were booked and only had availability the next day after 5pm. I said I’d call back (but honestly, I won’t). This place used to be good. I don’t know what happen. New people. Spent over $100 for a full set and pedicure. My nails are only 2 days old and they look like I got them done over a week ago. The guy who did my pedicure didn’t ask what type of pedicure I wanted. All he did was cut my cuticles and scrub my feet with a foot scrub that felt like sand paper and painted my toe nails. There was no dead skin removal at all. That was it. Was not worth $100. This place has gone down hill.

I got my nails done for homecoming, and I've been trying different places each year, I really liked Lush Nails! I got my nails done by Isa, she did amazing, I got full set of gel acrylics with designs. It was reasonably priced, I thought. The place was very nice, and clean, and had a good entertainment for waiting lol. I'm a teenager and this is was great place for me to go to.
