Upon arriving, I was briefly greeted and immediately asked if I had an appointment, which I did. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair and that someone would be right with me, but it took about 15–20 minutes before anyone started. Once the service began, there was no conversation at all not even a simple “how is your day?” No refreshments were offered, not even water, which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. I came in to get a manicure and pedicure, but no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited about 4–5 minutes, and it wasn’t until two other clients came in that someone finally asked what I needed. I told him what services I wanted, and he responded that they were booked and only had availability the next day after 5pm. I said I’d call back (but honestly, I won’t). This place used to be good. I don’t know what happen. New people. Spent over $100 for a full set and pedicure. My nails are only 2 days old and they look like I got them done over a week ago. The guy who did my pedicure didn’t ask what type of pedicure I wanted. All he did was cut my cuticles and scrub my feet with a foot scrub that felt like sand paper and painted my toe nails. There was no dead skin removal at all. That was it. Was not worth $100. This place has gone down hill.
