Upon arriving, I was briefly greeted and immediately asked if I had an appointment, which I did. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair and that someone would be right with me, but it took about 15–20 minutes before anyone started. Once the service began, there was no conversation at all not even a simple “how is your day?” No refreshments were offered, not even water, which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. I came in to get a manicure and pedicure, but no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited about 4–5 minutes, and it wasn’t until two other clients came in that someone finally asked what I needed. I told him what services I wanted, and he responded that they were booked and only had availability the next day after 5pm. I said I’d call back (but honestly, I won’t).
