Upon arriving, I was briefly greeted and immediately asked if I had an appointment, which I did. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair and that someone would be right with me, but it took about 15–20 minutes before anyone started. Once the service began, there was no conversation at all not even a simple “how is your day?” No refreshments were offered, not even water, which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. I received an acrylic fill, and unfortunately the nail shaping is very poor. None of my nails are the same shape o... read more
