I have been coming to Lush Nails for over a year. I went to another local nail salon for a long time and was always upset the wait time (even with appointment) could take 2-3 hours, but I didn’t want to go elsewhere because the quality and technique was great. One Sunday I stumbled into Lush Nails on a whim for a pedicure and acrylic refill and I haven’t gone astray since! This was a terrible experience. The pedicure took only 20 minutes, with no massage or even basic cream. It felt like a conveyor belt, not a place that cares about clients. The nail polish was applied unevenly. I left disappointed and upset. I do not recommend this place—it’s all assembly line, no professionalism.
