I took my daughter for an 11am appointment, they didn't call her back until a half hour later. She was supposed to get a refill with French tips. After filing her nails down, they told her that her nails were cracking and they would have to do a full set to stop fungus from forming on her nails. My daughter said that the lady doing her nails was rude and yelling at her and even slapped her hand.
