Absolutely terrible experience at Lush Nails Spa. My wife and I walked in after calling ahead, and from the beginning the staff seemed completely uninterested. I showed them the nail design I wanted, and instead of helping, they were whispering to each other, clearly trying to avoid doing it—like “you do it” / “no you do it.” It was unprofessional and frustrating to watch. I absolutely love getting my nails done by Vivian! She is so talented, patient, and really listens to what you want. My nails always come out beautiful and last so long. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I won’t go to anyone else!

I had a very disappointing experience with Vivian during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and care I received was not what I expected. I expected good service and received mediocre. Throughout the appointment, she was noticeably rough with my hands and even nicked my skin multiple times, which was both uncomfortable and concerning.
