I want to get my lashes done, and the lady was scrubbing my eye really hard so hard to the point where she actually ended up cutting my eyelid. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Lush Nails in Augusta, Georgia. The website states that walk-ins are accepted, so I stopped by today for a gel manicure and pedicure while I was already in the area. Unfortunately, I was told they could not assist me because I needed an appointment. What makes this especially unfortunate is that I was testing the salon before bringing my future daughter-in-law and a group of 8 women for a special wedding-related treat. I received a pedicure and didn't receive a message just slapped some cheap lotion on my legs and painted them for $35 I should get the hot towels around my leg or something.They slightly went over my foot with a pumice and slightly buffed my nails. I know prices have gone up but why are we paying more for a worse experience. Recommendations plz

Perfection! Im from out of town & I wasted 25 minutes at DN Nails, sitttinf in the pedi chair & no one even came over to turn on the water. So i left & came to Lush nails & they sat me immediately, it’s so beautiful & truly lush inside. Great service!
