I have been a long time regular customer of Lush Nail Bar and finally decided to write a review after the AMAZING job Hannah did on my nails. The service I receive here has always been fantastic. The staff are very kind, one time there was smoke coming in from the upstairs of the building, prompting us to evacuate and they CONTINUED TO FINISH MY NAILS OUTSIDE!! That is top tier customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Lush Nail Bar, located in the Sandy Springs area!

This woman was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. She was telling customers off. She needs to be fired.

Whet for a pedicure and a manicure, they told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later they said they’re still two people ahead of me. People are busy just be honest don’t waste our time..do not go there unless you have all day to wait.

Amanda is amazing! She did my pedicure and eye brows and I am in LOVE! She pays attention to detail and helped me come up with the best color match for my skin and a design that would pop but wouldn’t do too much. I will definitely be coming back soon :)
