Horrible! Rude and arrogant then charge you hidden fees without your asking or knowing! My nails were horrible and when I asked to be fixed by the manager or a new tech they refused to help or refund my money in anyways!
This place is very unprofessional I know that the covid guidelines are over but it seems that the people are stacked on top of each other nothing is sanitized. The prices seems to vary depending on the day and the person. This place should be shut down immediately because how the men here disrespect the ladies are crazy
Absolutely horrendous service. I have been a customer at this business for last 3 yrs and overlooked a few customer service issues. I made an appointment to go this week for 2 diff services. Once i got there i was told that they cannot perform both services.. i asked the nail tech and she had the manager speak to me. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional.
