I have loved this place for a while. I take my granddaughter there to get her nails painted. We will not return after our experience there today. I was asked to pay before services were completed, which was fine. As we were leaving three of the employees starting yelling at me as if I didn’t pay. Luckily I had opted in to have my receipt emailed to me. Even as I am showing this to them, they were still harassing me. They then said the raised their prices and I needed to pay more. I refused. I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon, and I can’t say enough great things about Alice, my nail technician. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt completely at ease. The salon itself was very clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for some self-care time.
