I've been to this salon several times before, but today's experience was enough to make me decide not to return. When I walked in, there were two technicians doing nails and another giving a pedicure. Everyone looked up at me, but no one greeted me or acknowledged that I had entered. I signed in on the computer and took a seat by the reception desk. After about eight minutes, a skinny gentleman wearing glasses walked by, looked at the computer, and said, "You need something?" I have been coming here for a while and had no problems. Today however I’m in here right now. Nail tech does not speak English and is not really good at a pedicure she can’t even remove a small ingrown nail never had that problem anywhere I have been. Only one person speaks English and he is having to translate. Also wanting to get a fill in on nails and he keeps telling me it’s going to be a while which is fine but over all I don’t think I will be back. No communication and bad service.
