I’ve gone here 3 times hoping for a better experience than the last. Every time I come I get cut with the drill and 2 out of the 3 times they wouldn’t let me pick my color they’d sit me down and take my current nails off then proceed to find the color I’m looking for instead of giving me swatches to look at and choose from. I get over charged each time. I always ask what the cost will be before then as I am finishing up they always charge me an extra 10$. I asked for something very basic. I asked for a manicure of one color. They could not do that. In addition, the guy pressured me to accept the terrible workmanship. He kept asking if I was okay with it when he knew I wasn’t. Ultimately, I’m not happy with this set. This was a basic set, and it sucked. These are notably different. This needs fixed.
