To start I am not even a customer of theirs. However, they started fertilizing my yard this year. When I asked the tech was he was doing, he was rude and unprofessional. I called their office and explained to them what was happening and that I already pay another company to treat my yard. Their over-fertilizing was going to kill my yard. Just caught them driving through my back yard at 8:45 pm. In the dark. Edit: Sundown was 8:21. I had no idea who these people were. Only to find lush lawn vehicle in the street culdesac, with the doors open. With the engine running. Unattended. I chased the guy around my front and back yard, clearly unable to see me because it’s dark only to cut him off again in my front yard. This is what all that high tech equipment, soil analysis and expert technicians gets you! Feel like no one has a clue over there as to what they are doing. The guarantee of a Lush Lawn and customer satisfaction is a joke!
This company started out great spraying for mosquitoes every month with no issues. This last month they sprayed, yet we literally cannot walk into our backyard because they're so bad. We have a 100% guarantee on our service so I called to get them to come back out. That was a Tuesday, called again Thursday to see what day it was scheduled for and the lady told me she'd make it a high priority. Lush Lawn is by far the worst lawn service company I have ever dealt with. After recommending certain services they tore up my lawn last summer and put seeding into all of the areas I have mulch and caused grass to grow all throughout my landscaping. After leaving multiple messages complaining and even trying to get a call back, they came out a month later to address the issues....of course I had already fixed the mudded areas and fixed up my landscaping but nonetheless, came to terms on a final bill for their terrible servi... read more
