Had my first full leg wax appointment with Abby this past week. She really took time to explain the process, keep me comfortable, and share best practices for great results. It's a beautiful beauty spa and I look forward to my next appointment.
First time getting my eyebrows threaded since moving here and I have nothing but good things to say about this place, the staff, the atmosphere, and the service! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, Enid saved my eyebrows and is truly a miracle worker!! Will definitely be returning
Enid is AMAZING!!! I just moved here and have been trying to find someone who does eyebrow threading. I came across Lush Language on tik tok and just knew I needed to try it. I had to miss my appointment Saturday due to being in the emergency room I had ovarian cysts which required medical care and therefore could not call to cancel. They charged me for the full appointment which was expected but I was hoping given the circumstances they would let me reschedule without paying more since I paid for the service technically but the lady on the phone did not seem to care. I understand I agreed to the policy but I figured a medical emergency would be an exception but guess not.
