I LOVE everything about this store! From beginning to end, Savannah took incredible care of me, ensuring my first experience was the best! She was so great, I took my mother back the next day! The incredible products paired with the beyond special associates really made this a must visit place for me.
Ok, it goes without saying that this is the best line of natural products ever created. But the Santa Monica staff just puts the cheery cherry on top! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I stepped in the door.. Vanessa was AWESOME; she helped me navigate, educating me about the products I was looking for. Thank you Vanessa!!
This review has been long overdue BUT I do have to say that I love coming to this Lush store because of the friendly and happy vibe you get once you walk in there. Everyone one is very helpful and sweet but my go-to-girl has always been Nardys! She's super cool and so incredibly helpful. Thanks for the experience guys!
Loved it,the girl helping me was super sweet helped me pick what i needed bought the ocean salt scrub,and bath bomb for my lil one.

Just walked into my first time at a Lush store and the people who work there are amazing, Priscilla was great I will definitely go again when I visit Los Angeles! I bought a couple things face mask, toner, ocean salt, & gave me samples then I went back again and bought a bath bomb and met most of the other workers they demonstrated the bath bombs and they were really amazing they gave me the happy vibe! So thank you for making my first experience there great will be seeing you girls and guys soon again!
