My friend ordered flowers yesterday to be sent to me. The flowers were not delivered and Lush Flowers at Neutral Bay, refused to accept that flowers sent by the friend to me had not been delivered. The only way I knew about the gift was my friend rang to make sure they had arrived. No one from Lush Flowers had alerted me, rung my intercom or phoned me. To say the flowers were here.
