Purchased an arrangement for a funeral service. Very easy to communicate even though I am U.S.-based. I sent a detailed request via email after browsing the well-organized website. This made a follow-up telephone call smooth and efficient. Impressed that I received a notice when the flowers were dispatched and another when they were delivered. Happened to be able to see the arrangement via the funeral service's livestream and was quite pleased with the flowers!
