1st time visiting and was not disappointed. The store smelled amazing, the staff super friendly and engaging. There are so many items to choose from. Bath bombs, soaps, face masks etc. Products are all natural. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to check out.
My first interaction with Lush Willowbrook was awesome! Laurie, an assistant helped find the product I was looking for! Bar shampoo and conditioner! Great products and will definitely buy again and again! Overall great experience!
Samantha was beyond helpful and so sweet & lovely towards my mom, my sister & I! She was extremely patient and offered us many scents till we found one we liked. It was our first time shopping at Lush and we will for sure be back for more!!
Just had the BEST experience hands down, it was my daughter’s first time here ever, Jessica was warm and welcoming I loved her energy, she was informative and helpful to guiding you to what you want! She even let my daughter test some products 10/10 recommend coming and seeing Jessica!!!
