I really love Lush products. I have been to many of their stores throughout the states. Westfarms Mall has some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. On my last visit, the employee was more concerned with applying the facial mask than delivering customer service.
Walking around mall & wasn’t planning to stop, but bath bombs for the kids looked cool drew us in. Dasha, the employee was beyond helpful and friendly, answered all questions and gave great recommendations, gave demo for kids in the sink which sold us. Was even nice enough to make a sample to test out hair product which I really like. Will be back. Thank you Dasha!
Dasha (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) is such a joy. My husband and I come in as often as we can (it’s a little over an hour away!) and are so delighted when she’s working. She goes above and beyond for customers and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Huge shoutout to her!
