16 /08/2025 The service at Lush in Werribee Plaza was incredibly poor today . My wife and I felt we were intentionally overlooked by the staff. We waited for assistance while a sales associate helped another customer, who arrived after us, right next to us. Later, at the checkout, same staff member completely ignored my wife, who was next in line, and called over another customer instead. Shocked to see you get discriminated based on your skin colour in this era.
Great customer service in this store by a lass who knew the product range very well and steered me into the ‘Sweet wild Orange’ hand cream. As a bloke wanting an every day use cream for dry hands, this is perfect as it works very well without the oily finish.
