Big kudos to Robyn at Lush, she was so amazing and patient with my daughter as she shopped and asked a lot of questions. Robyn was so sweet and my daughter absolutely loved her experience there. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She’s awesome !!
Love, love, love! I used to shop at Lush a lot, then kind of forgot it existed until my coworker posted her fave Lush products (that I thought I'd like). Rather than do a blind buy, I popped in the store to smell it -- the product she recommended wasn't for me, but Sydney was so sweet and helped me find some goodies...including some soaps that were part of a fundraising effort for a cause dear to my heart. I was afraid of going to this lush due to previous management being awful but today when I went in I had the best experience. The new manager Abby is a very kind, welcoming, and over all professional person. I will definitely be coming back as I’ve never felt more welcome to a store. 10/10
