I came in on 8/11 with my husband and my toddler so I could restock on some shampoo bars, and we were letting my daughter pick out a bubble bar but she was sooo indecisive. She made her decision and we checked out, and the cashier told us he put a bubble bar sample in our back which was so nice! Abdeel was so kind and patient with my daughter. She had so much fun testing every soap in the sink. Alyssa was great at check out, and told us about the app and rewards. We even got some extra goodies from both and can’t wait for our next trip back to restock. 😊

Had such a pleasant experience yesterday at the Lush store in the Galleria. I was having a rough day and was treated with such kindness and patience. Grateful to have this safe space.
