I came to this location recently to make a few purchases - Rain was so helpful and was able to explain more about the products I purchased and showed me where everything was, he definitely took the time to help and it was gratefully appreciated. Effy at the cash was also very helpful and kind in explaining the app which I downloaded! I will definitely be back and this will be my go to location because of the great customer service it was an enjoyable experience!
Anna and Aussie Laura were absolutely amazing! They helped me find what I was looking for and explained how certain scents can change based on your body chemistry. They even advised me to leave the store for a bit so I can wait for the scent to soak in a bit and I just had to come back and purchase it because it was so good! I had such an incredible experience at LUSH Upper Canada Mall Newmarket location that I felt like I had to share it. My drive to get here is about an hour and a half, but after this visit, I can honestly say I'll be coming back to this specific LUSH store every time-it's completely worth it.
