I need to start out by saying I have ALWAYS LOVED Lush and still do! My sister and I went the other day to pick up some of our favourite products, as well as some new ones and Corey was more than helpful! I wouldn’t want to make this review too long but Corey was quick to help us find what we needed, he was informative, friendly, gentle, respectful, kind and oh so thoughtful! I had to give Cory at Lush in the Newmarket mall my absolute props (kids still say that right? Lol). Its not often i meet someone in customer service that matches my energy amd vibe but is also helpful but Cory has it all in spades! Keep it up Cory, pretty sure we're friendship soulmates 🤣🫶
