I LOVE this store and the kind, friendly employees I’ve encountered, both when I’ve physically visited the store and when I placed an online pickup order that I sent my boyfriend to get for me lol. Lush has been my favorite for years and I will always return to this location in the future. Thank you to those I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and for assisting me with my online pickup order. 🫶🏽
I work in a warehouse where I get dirty everyday so I came in looking for a sugar scrub, thank God I decided to come searching here. I wish I got their name but I was helped by such a kind employee who took the time to know what I was looking for and offer other reccomenations if the ones shown wasnt up to my expectations. Im pretty picky about what i get and I like citrus type scents, they were able to find both a sugar scrub and moisturizing lotion with both scents being what I wanted , I was ecstatic! Super clean and nice store!! But the manager “Aurora” was EXTREMELY rude. I expected better customer service especially from a store I held with such high standards. BEWARE FOR AURORA!! She has a VERY BAD attitude. If she’s helping you out I would kindly ask for someone new to help.
They have the best products. I like that they wrote the name and a caricature of the person who made the specific product you're buying. You know you're near a Lush store because it smells so good.
The employees at this location make the shopping experience so comfortable and informative, a young gentleman helped me pick out a body spray and gave me great tips!
