New lush customer and for life shopper. My first time in Rhys had let me know about a face mask event they were having today (Aug 11, 2026) for national face mask day, which was the following week. I have been back 3 times (including today) since the first purchase. Rhys and Emmet were INCREDIBLE at detailing usefulness of products specific to my skin/scent preferences. I couldn’t make up my mind about what to buy, and Becs was so patient and attentive. After hearing me out about my scent preference and explaining things easily, I ended up going home with the body spray I wanted! I appreciate Becs, her service was 10/10

Reese was awesome. She helped my son pick out the best care for his skin and hair. We've been Lush lovers for 15 yrs and always had a great experience but Reese has blown them outta the water !
Love their products. Only reason for four stars is their pricing is pretty exorbitant. After COVID the prices got more ridiculously high! I now refuse to buy much from there.
