I went in here today. With my son. I usually go here a lot to get my shampoo and bath bombs. But today the staff were talking to each other. And then looking at us. Didn't even knowledge us. Other customer came in and they said hello. I didn't even buy what i came in for.

Lush on its own it’s a great business and I’ve been a customer for over a decade now. This particular location however is my favourite to visit! Every staff member I’ve met is exceptional. Being on the sales floor is hard, I know - but these folks really make the experience as good as it can be.

This is an awesome store! I love treating myself with their shower products! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable! I love looking forward to trying a free sample with my purchases! I love the pre wrapped gifts, I get them for my family on special occasions!

I just finished shopping at lush and I had the pleasure of being helped by Brianna. She was not only friendly, professional and extremely helpful, but she was funny and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Fantastic job, 11/10!!!

Absolutely love this location! The staff are so kind. My daughter loves going in here and purchasing items. They always treat her so well and have even given her a few small freebies here and there. She feels welcome here and is never ignored because of her young age.
