Kate and Leah were so kind and helpful! Kate helped me find exactly what I needed and Leah was so kind while ringing up my items. This is THE Lush store to go to in CT. Not only were the staff helpful, but the location is so spacious and allows shoppers to really take their time while browsing and testing products. Thank you again, Kate and Leah!
While visiting a friend in town, I stopped by this Lush store to pick up the Posh Chocolate & Rose shower gel and Chelsea Morning perfume. Great store atmosphere and fantastic customer service from Travis, who assisted me in deciding between two fresh face mask choices (as well as offering me a sample of the one I didn't end up buying, so that I could try it). Received some other goodies to sample as well, super grateful! Wonderful experience all around, and I look forward to coming back on my next visit in town. Thank you!
Travis is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Customer service is top tier. I cannot wait to try the products I got. I'll 100% be returning.
I love love loveee Lush and their products! I had so much fun at the Valentine card making event and absolutely loved sampling a face mask while crafting the cards!
