I came here to say that your sales associate Sabrina is the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did she take the time to explain everything to me (new to lush products), when she heard it was my birthday and that I was going through a lot - she went out of her way to make me feel special. Such an amazing store with even lovelier staff! I have been coming to this particular Lush location since this mall opened, and every time I stop by, I am always warmed by how kind the staff is! As we were browsing the fragrance section of the store, we were helped by the attentive, fun, and friendly employee, Sabrina, who was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products. Stopped into the SoNo Collection location today and was assisted by the mostly magnificently friendly and attentive employee named Kate from North Carolina. Got everything I needed and was treated like a queen. Really made my day but I am admittedly partial to all things North Carolina so there's that 😁😍😊😉
Birthday Magic!!! I walked into this lush to admire the giant foam creature being coaxed into existence by the diligent workers, Rocio and Kate. Kate was so friendly and chatted with me about it. I then made my way over to the register and was being helped by Jordyn. Together these three ladies helped me download the app and get me a $5 credit to use in store.
