Cant say enough positive things about my first experience at a Lush! Sabrina was so helpful, knowledgeable about the products they carry/educated me on how to use the products and just an amazing person! Cant wait to recommend them to everyone, absolutely NO GATEKEEPING here!
I always shop here but today their was one employee who was extremely manner less with her service and she was very mean about her service, I walked out
I came here to say that your sales associate Sabrina is the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did she take the time to explain everything to me (new to lush products), when she heard it was my birthday and that I was going through a lot - she went out of her way to make me feel special. Such an amazing store with even lovelier staff! I have been coming to this particular Lush location since this mall opened, and every time I stop by, I am always warmed by how kind the staff is! As we were browsing the fragrance section of the store, we were helped by the attentive, fun, and friendly employee, Sabrina, who was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products. Stopped into the SoNo Collection location today and was assisted by the mostly magnificently friendly and attentive employee named Kate from North Carolina. Got everything I needed and was treated like a queen. Really made my day but I am admittedly partial to all things North Carolina so there's that 😁😍😊😉
