I purchased a perfume solid about two weeks ago and accidentally left it in my car. I called Lush and the woman that I spoke with this morning (5/15/26) was SO HELPFUL and sweet and kind. She told me I could bring it in and swap it out or could try popping in freezer. It worked - but I was so appreciative of her offer and her kindness and warmth! Called in to compliment her, and asst manager was equally as sweet! Thank you all so much!
Loved my experience, went in to store to look around and buy a gift for my sons teacher who just lost a loved one. Went into store and was buying something for her but couldnt resist buying something for me, however, i was worried I would break out in a rash bc that happened once before.
