I stumbled on this adorable little store downtown on my birthday! I had the best experience with Shawnts. She is such a gem and truly cares for her customers! She seriously deserves a raise!!! I really enjoyed connecting with her! She totally took her time and customized a $30 trial size kit for me!!! I cannot say enough good things about these products! i drove all the way from pullman just for lush, and my experience today was more than worth it. I had the kindest, most helpful and attentive people helping me today and it genuinely made my day. All i wanted today was to re-up on my body care and i left with a huge smile on my face. I really wish i got their names :( thank you so much guys!!🫶
Always a lovely experience at lush! Most recently tho my boys and I went to pick out some back to school scents and we had the luxury of being helped by Deanna! She was so sweet and helpful with getting us the special soaps we were searching for! She even threw in a little bar my husband had been checking out! We can't wait to be back!
