staff is very friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in, lots of samples
Had a poor experience at Lush Penrith, The lady working on Friday by the name of Ingrid. Told me that my skin was “Too problematic” for the products at lush. This made me feel uncomfortable because I already feel so insecure about leaving my house because of my skin. I just wanted some suggestions to buy a few products, as I’ve seen many people talk highly about their products. It’s disappointing I didn’t have a good experience, And even more disappointing coming from another woman. :(
My favourite store to visit… the staff are always so bubbly and welcoming. Always happy to help and their knowledge is remarkable. Product knowledge is very important and these guys take the lead with knowing what they’re doing x
I needed a new conditioner without silicone the girl who’s approached me asked if I still wanted high definition and I said no very dramatically saying it’s too much work I just wanted to focus on hair health she suggested power so I got it but it’s a defining formula and leaves my hair looking greasier that what I was using previously I should’ve just looked at the products online
We have been coming to this store for a year now and usually have an incredible experience so much so we have been regular customers due to the staff being so friendly with my 4 year old son. Today, on our typical trip to LUSH we had a not so good experience where a staff member actually took my son's sample shower squishy he was trying in the sink from him and made both of us very uncomfortable.
