Friendly staff, very happy to give suggestions and answer questions. Love shopping there
Will never step foot back in this place again. People just want to browse at their leisure - not have something new shoved in their face when they tell the person “just looking” or “I’m fine thanks”. Head office may see this as the staff doing their job however it’s pushy and uncomfortable. Back to online shopping I go and not with lush.
Had the bath bomb making experience. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful! Had a great time thank you.
5 stars to Matilda Jean- Yesterday I was served by the AMAZING Matilda Jean. She was extremely helpful, friendly and outgoing. She answered all of my questions and helped me find everything I needed. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. I felt super comfortable with her, and she made my shopping experience so much fun. I'll definitely be going back to see Matilda Jean for all of my future Lush purchases and questions. Love ya Matilda Jean!!
