Shopped here early today and bought 5 new bath bombs. Served by a very friendly young man who was very nice and professional. Always an enjoyable experience in this store as staff are always happy to assist and offer suggestions on available product as well as pointing out newer additions to the bath bombs range
Very happy with the service provided, I can’t remember the names of the ladies who helped me out but they had helped me pick out hair products that had literally healed my hair , my hair had been dry and snapping off and they had recommended Power conditioner and since using that along with super milk protein shampoo my hair has been lovely and soft , staff are always helpful and kind as well , I had gotten a piece of outback mate soap and they had helped me find similar fragrance!
Me and my friend came in today with the expectation of a quick browse, but we’re just as quickly persuaded to invest! and we don’t have a single regret! the sales person, Briana (only on their second shift!) was highly knowledgeable, kind and helpful! i couldn’t recommend lush, and their staff more.
Oh my goodness, I swear I just had the BEST time ever at Lush. Ingrid and Crystal are some of the loveliest women I have ever met, they made me feel so seen and special. I have never had that great of an experience at any store in my life. If I could sit in there with them for hours I would 🥹
