The ladies working at the Lush store in Pacific City Mall are absolutely amazing! They were so attentive, kind, and genuinely sweet they completely made my day. I mentioned I was having some parking issues, and they went out of their way to validate my parking for me so nicely. Such a small gesture, but it really meant a lot. Props to the whole team for the wonderful customer service!
