Excellent customer service. The ladies are very professional and attentive. Nikki and Alejandra were wonderful during my shopping experience today. I plan on visiting the store monthly to buy shower gels and body butters.
I had a fantastic experience, thanks to Danielle, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to great customer service. She truly made a difference and I hope lush knows what a gem they have on their team!

You need to go see Violet! I went in looking for my old faithful face mask but Violet recommended I try a new one that smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. She’s knowledgeable about the products and is honest when helping you out. Thanks Violet!
I’m not good at english so i cant describe exactly the bad experience that i had at this lush store. I even cant say anything with this staff and i dont know her name too. I just put the product back on sheft and go out. All i know is that you just touch more than 1 product box and she came and said you will have to rearrange them as before in very impolite way.
