BOBBY is the hero of the day! I had to hop on here and say that this store was great, clean, lots of products, knowledgeable staff but I gotta hand it to Bobby, he helped me with online returns, turning in empty pots and purchasing new product quickly and easily with a laugh and some good conversation. I'd keep coming here just off that impression alone.
Olivia and Bobby are amazing. Top tier customer service and definitely worth the hour ride. We love lush and this store shows peak customer service, kindness, and compassion.
