We had a birthday party at this location and I absolutely loved it! The kids enjoyed so much and experience was so nice because of Mike and Mia who managed the party were super friendly with the kids and so enthusiastic and fun! All the employees were welcoming and patient

100/10 service from Livy at the Lush store in Downtown Naperville. I brought the kids I nanny to Lush for their first time and was blown away by how sweet and attentive Livy was. She did a phenomenal job speaking to the kids in terms they could understand, nurturing their excitement for learning/trying hygiene products! She truly made their entire day with all of the wonderful free samples she packed up for the kiddos to take home. Definitely will be coming back! We adore ya Livy from Lush!
